Human Resources Management Reference Library

In recent years, organisational expectations towards Human Resources have greatly shifted. Much has been written and said about HR becoming a “business partner”. In some organisations this translates to delivering personnel activities in a cost efficient manner and in others it means managing human capital, a recognised, valued, crucial segment to attaining business objectives. And, there exists many variations between these two extremes.

Regardless at what level of “business partnership” you find yourself engaged within your organisation, as a Human Resources professional you are continually challenged to shift with the organisational expectations that make up the current business environment. To successfully deliver, you must keep up-to-date on the latest HRM approaches, tools, concepts and business cases as well as with current business trends and concerns.

To support each other in doing just that, we invite you to share with us your preferred references - whether books, authors, journals, articles or websites. Help us build our own HRM Library!
